INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
Practical partnerships between universities and companies
Individual partnerships
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) uses funds from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to support the “Practical Partnerships between Universities and Companies in Germany and Developing Countries” program. The program focuses on promoting the transfer of knowledge between universities and the private sector in order to contribute to dovetailing and expanding dialogue. By closing the gap between the more theoretically oriented higher education and the practice-oriented economy, more well-qualified graduates will be available for the job market, which will have a positive effect on the investment climate in the medium term. The CO2FREE project is helping to support the renewable energy sector in Senegal with its education offensive.
